Pudo is a smart locker system designed to allow South Africans to send and receive packages at a physical location. 

Please ensure you let us know your nearest pudo locker location that your package will be sent to in the order notes at checkout or email us once you receive your order confirmation. 

If your order requires more than 1 box (such as when you order 6 or more gift boxes) we reserve the right to charge you for an extra locker. Your order will only be sent to you once payment has been received. 

Please let us know in the text box once you have chosen text colour etc. Alternatively you can let us know in the notes section at checkout 🙂 

Don’t stress, once you receive your order confirmation email, pop us an email with your order number and what text you would like

Your items are custom made just for you ♡ We try our hardest to get them sent to you in 7 business days, but there are times we experience higher order volumes (especially during Sales, Pay Day, Black Friday and Christmas) and your order may take longer (between 12-16 business days) to get to you. 

If you need your order A.S.A.P don’t stress, we got you girl. Pop us an email or a Whatsapp with your order number as soon as you’ve received it and we will try our best to get it to you in time. 

During higher stages of load shedding (We’re looking at you stage 5,6,7 and 8) please kindly allow more time for us to process your order, as many of our items are hand made by local small business’ who are feeling the strain caused by these higher stages of load shedding (Especially robes and hand made gift boxes)

Of course. Pop us an email with what you would like to order and whether you will need shipping and we will send you an invoice to do an EFT, once the money is in our account we will begin working on your order.

Oh peach! We are so sorry that you do not like your item. We are more than happy to exchange your order within 5 days if it is in its original condition and clothing that has not been worn. However, we are unable to replace or refund ANY CUSTOM items (this includes if a colour was chosen I.E Rose gold vinyl on sweatshirt) and personal use items (such as lip balms).
